Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your username and email address.

User-Generated Content

We store data you create within the app, including journal entries, habit tracking data, to-do lists, financial records, portfolio information, notes, calendar events, vision board content, and health and fitness data (described below). This data is stored securely and is only accessible to you.

Health & Fitness Data

The app allows you to voluntarily log and track health and fitness information, including:

• Exercise and workout data: Exercise names, sets, repetitions, weights lifted, and workout types
• Nutrition and food data: Food items consumed, serving sizes, calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrate intake
• Body metrics: Body weight (kg) and distance covered (km)
• Habit completion data: Daily habit tracking records including completion status, times, and streaks

This health and fitness data is collected only when you choose to enter it. It is used solely to provide you with personal health and fitness tracking, analytics, and progress visualisation features within the app. Your health data is stored securely in our cloud database (InstantDB), linked to your user account, and is never sold, shared with, or disclosed to any third parties. You may delete any health data at any time by removing individual entries within the app or by requesting full account deletion.

Camera and Microphone

The app may request access to your device's camera and microphone for features such as voice input for journal entries and image uploads for notes and vision boards. We do not record or store audio/video without your explicit action. Camera and microphone access is only used when you actively choose to use these features.

Device Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Camera: For image capture in notes and vision boards
• Microphone: For voice-to-text input in journal entries
• Notifications: For habit reminders and scheduled alerts
• Storage: For saving and loading images

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the app's functionality
• To store and sync your personal productivity data
• To provide personal health and fitness tracking, analytics, and progress visualisation based on the health data you enter
• To send notifications and reminders you have configured
• To process payments for subscriptions

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using InstantDB, a secure real-time database. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with SHA-512 and are never stored in plain text. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics: To understand app usage patterns (anonymous)
• Square: For payment processing
• InstantDB: For secure data storage

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is only used to provide the services within the Evo-Ex app.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon request, we will permanently delete all your personal information from our systems.

Children's Privacy

Evo-Ex is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
